"Solid site, emails are mostly fine"
Overall, I’ve had a good experience with the site. It feels easy enough to use, and my gut says it’s a trustworthy place. The emails aren’t too over the top most of the time, though every now and then I’ll get a few promo ones close together. They’re easy enough to ignore, but I wouldn’t mind a little less weekend spam.

I’m not thrilled with the account security here. The settings feel basic, and I didn’t feel like I had much control if something were to go wrong. Since this is a site dealing with money, I expected stronger login protection and clearer security options. Instead, I felt like I had to dig around and do extra work just to figure out what was actually protected, which was frustrating. It definitely made me second-guess using it long term.

Set up my account really fast and didnt run into any issues. The form was easy, the email came thru pretty much right away, and I was logged in after a few mins. nice when a site doesnt turn signup into a whole thing.

I was happy with how natural the site felt in my language. It didn’t have that awkward auto-translated vibe, which made a big difference.
The menus, buttons, and account sections were all easy to understand, so I didn’t really have to stop and figure out where to go. A couple of small words could maybe be polished a bit, but nothing that got in the way.
Overall, the localization is really solid and makes the whole site much easier to use. I’d definitely recommend it if you prefer browsing in your own language...

After a long weekend of playing, I got to that point where I knew I needed to step away for a bit. I started looking around my account settings and found the cooling off option quickly, which was a relief because I really didn’t feel like contacting support just to take a short break.

I set it up in a couple of clicks, and what I appreciated most was that it actually did what it was supposed to do. Once it kicked in, I couldn’t just change my mind 10 minutes later and jump straight back in, which made a big difference.
When the break was over, I logged back in and everything was exactly as I left it. It’s a simple feature, but it made the whole experience feel a lot more responsible and easy to manage. Definitely 5 stars from me

"Limits are fine, I guess, but not amazing"
roobet has been okay for me overall. Sometimes the betting limits feel totally fine and I can set things up the way I like, which is nice. But then other times it suddenly feels kind of restrictive and annoying, like there’s not enough room to adjust. It’s not a huge problem or anything, and it works well enough, but I wouldn’t say the limits are anything special. Just kind of average for me.

I closed my Roobet account last week, and it went smoothly. I already had it in my head that it would be a straightforward process if support was decent, and that’s pretty much what happened. They replied in a reasonable amount of time and just asked me to confirm a few details before closing it.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the final confirmation took a little longer than I thought it would. Still, it kind of matched what I expected overall: not perfect, but handled fine and without any real hassle
